Troy joined STANLEY Healthcare in 2019 and was appointed President in 2020. With 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry in a variety of leadership roles, Troy is leading STANLEY Healthcare’s transformation into a leader in technology that empowers caregivers within health systems and senior living organizations. Prior to joining STANLEY Healthcare, Troy held positions at Medtronic Transformative Solutions including Global Operations, International Market Development and New Product Introduction/Global Product Management for Orthopedic Products. He holds degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (BS, Mechanical Engineering) and Clarkson University (MSc, Engineering and Global Operations Management). Prior to Medtronic, Troy held Executive Operations and Commercial roles for GE Aviation, GE Oil & Gas, and GE Energy. Troy also serves as President of STANLEY Access Technologies.
Vice President, Innovation and Engineering
Talila heads STANLEY Healthcare’s R&D organizations. Her 20+ years of experience in engineering leadership makes her well placed to drive STANLEY Healthcare’s focus on bringing innovative, enhanced, and simplified technical solutions to the market. Talia has built a strong record in driving innovation and product portfolio transformation at leading organizations in the technology, software and communications industries, including Harris Corporation, Motorola and Infinite Convergence Solutions. She joins STANLEY Healthcare from Vidyo, where she was Senior Vice President of Engineering. Talila holds a BS and MS from Tel Aviv University. Talia also leads Innovation and Engineering for STANLEY Access Technologies.
Vice President, Solutions Strategy and Product Management
Ara joined STANLEY Healthcare in 2019 and is responsible for Product Management, UI/UX (software and hardware) and Documentation. In his 30+ year career, the last 15 focused on healthcare, he has gained wide-ranging experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, Customer Success and Consulting. Prior to joining STANLEY Healthcare, Ara held leadership roles at Athenahealth, GNS Healthcare, Life Image, Silverlink Communications, Empirix, Q Laboratories and Software Engineering Technology Inc. Ara holds an BA in Computer Science from Columbia University and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Ara also leads Product Management for STANLEY Access Technologies.
Director of Culture and Organizational Development
Bill has a Global Healthcare and IT Human Resources leadership background, having worked with number of large as well as small entrepreneurial enterprises including Digital Equipment Corporation, Data General, Kao Infosystems (Japan), Boston Scientific, Nypro Healthcare, Medtronic Corporation and Taqua Systems. In addition, he co-owned a polyurethane molding business in Upstate New York serving the construction industry. Bill spearheaded two large-scale organizational transformation initiatives – one in Software Contract Manufacturing (Kao), and one in Medical Device Contract Manufacturing (Nypro Healthcare). He believes strongly in Culture as a competitive differentiator and strives to build Corporate Culture through integrating best practices along with the unique capabilities and contributions of STANLEY employees.
Bill’s academic background is in Research Psychology and Social Science. His research on biofeedback/alpha wave density has been published in the Journal of Clinical Hypnosis. In addition, Bill is an amateur jazz/blues musician and lifelong human rights advocate. Bill also leads organizational development initiatives at STANLEY Access Technologies.

Josh has responsibility for all aspects of the Human Resources function for STANLEY Healthcare and STANLEY Access Technologies. Josh’s experience includes leadership roles in Supply Chain Operations and Human Resources in a variety of locations across the U.S., and joined STANLEY in 2016. Josh is a dynamic leader with experience in continuous improvement and strategic partnerships. Josh leverages all aspects of strategic Human Resources including Organizational and Talent Development to achieve improved customer delivery. Josh also serves as Director of Human Resources for STANLEY Access Technologies.
